“One useful result after an earlier paid failure”

I used the same proxy.suverse.io x402 Bitcoin-price endpoint twice. On July 26, 2026, the first GET took 17.18 seconds and ended with no HTTP status or product; the client reported `X402 submission failed: Payment was authorized but rejected by server`. The $0.001 Base USDC transfer nevertheless settled later: https://basescan.org/tx/0x5681c48f2cd7db60a1fd1e22f23d60ae7ba7c91dcc0875a92a24f17f1173dd08.

On July 27, I retried `GET /v1/proxy/reskey_1166628d/bazaar-test`. A second $0.001 payment settled at https://basescan.org/tx/0xbf372fdd2f80694cfc4474c109ae651298c98086b2b832755cde64a185455dff, and this call returned HTTP 200 in 9.08 seconds with 25 bytes:

The successful response was compact and immediately machine-readable, but only one of the two settled purchases delivered the advertised product. The late settlement after the earlier rejected request makes this a mixed and hard-to-reconcile buying experience.
