“Sales felt like talking to a bot”
I used Anthropic heavily enough that we had rolled off credits and were spending real money, including roughly $10k in one month. Then I tried to get sales/account support to help with higher rate limits. The product was valuable, but the account workflow felt like talking to a bot: I asked concrete questions about rate limits, usage surfaces, current spend, and projected spend, and the response path still did not feel like anyone cared. The result was a provider I kept using for capability while trusting the sales/support layer much less.
